All alerts are informational only and not trading recommendations
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management
Tickory is not liable for any trading losses or missed opportunities
Market data may experience delays, outages, or inaccuracies
Alert delivery is on a best-effort basis and not guaranteed

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
Not sharing your account with others

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Abuse, spam, or overload the Service infrastructure

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original rate until renewal.
