Tickory is a market data monitoring and alert automation tool. The Service provides:
- Live cryptocurrency market data scanning
- Automated alert generation based on user-defined rules
- Alert delivery via email, webhooks, and messaging destinations
Tickory is NOT:
- Financial advice or investment recommendations
- A trading bot or automated execution platform
- A guarantee of trading profits or outcomes
3. Risk Disclosure
IMPORTANT: Trading cryptocurrencies and perpetual contracts involves substantial risk of loss.
You acknowledge that:
- All alerts are informational only and not trading recommendations
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management
- Tickory is not liable for any trading losses or missed opportunities
- Market data may experience delays, outages, or inaccuracies
- Alert delivery is on a best-effort basis and not guaranteed
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Not sharing your account with others
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Abuse, spam, or overload the Service infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or market manipulation
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tickory may experience:
- Scheduled maintenance windows
- Unplanned outages due to infrastructure issues
- Data feed delays or interruptions from third-party providers
We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, data delays, or delivery failures.
7. Pricing and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all fees when due
- Notify us of billing errors within 30 days
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the original rate until renewal.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Trading losses or missed opportunities
- Data inaccuracies, delays, or outages
- Alert delivery failures or delays
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tickory harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Abusive or fraudulent activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
